THE STORY & THE BUILD.
My motto is “A world where style and aesthetics remained an integral part of a product’s design”. Somewhere, and at sometime, people stopped caring about style when designing products. The tech we have today is amazing but the industrial design is as boring as cardboard! I looked at my Cricut machine and thought “I need to make this cool”. I love the old appliance styling of the 1950’s with their retro-futuristic starbursts and two-tone paint schemes. Logo was created with a retro-cool font and cut out of 1mm styrene on the machine itself! The Groove-O-Matic was born!
